Although it says "glow-in-the-dark," it doesn't glow. Please note that the backing card will be folded to fit the Yu-Packet Post Mini envelope when shipped. As this is a product made overseas, there may be imperfections in the construction, small scratches, and warping of the backing card. Please purchase only if you understand and accept overseas products.
