Please refrain from price negotiations. This is a protective band to prevent the loss of activity trackers and injuries in the pool. It is used when using smartwatches like Apple Watch in the pool. I'm not sure if it's L or M, but the actual measurement is 20cm, about 6cm in diameter. I used it in the pool about 10 times. There are no tears or damage in particular.
