Moomoo's Pinpoyo, a Korean children's clothing brand, is labeled as 90cm, but it's equivalent to 80cm in Japanese sizes (18 months). The Japanese website is no longer available, making this brand difficult to obtain. Length is about 40cm (I think it's a bit short for a dress. You can wear it cutely with pants or spats underneath).
