This is an AHKAH two-diamond necklace. The box is also included. I've only worn it a few times since I bought it, so it's a used item, but it's in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches or damage. It's simple, but the two diamonds sparkle and are very cute. I loved it very much, but I haven't been wearing it much lately, so I'd like to pass it on to someone who will cherish it.
