The elastic has aged somewhat, but it still has some stretch, though it's not very tight. Since they weren't originally very tight, I've taken measurements for your reference m(_ _)m They also have belt loops, so wearing a belt is stylish and recommended♡ I've taken good care of them, so I don't think there are any noticeable stains or flaws.
