The story follows from the final episode of the TV anime, depicting the protagonist Denji's unpredictable fate as he is tossed around by the mysterious girl Reze, whom he meets by chance, along with fast-paced battle action. Denji, a boy who transforms into "Chainsaw Man" through a contract with the "Chainsaw Devil," fights against devils as a Devil Hunter belonging to Public Safety Devil Hunters Special Division 4. His everyday life begins to change drastically because of this encounter. MAPPA will continue to produce the animation, following the TV anime.
