This is a paisley-patterned 100% cotton tank top from the now-defunct brand, Decade Blending. Made in Japan, a guarantee of quality. The base color is off-white, with a tasteful brown and light blue paisley pattern. I bought this new over 20 years ago at a local American casual wear shop. I wore it that summer, but it's been in my closet ever since. It shows some signs of wear, but it's 100% cotton and still in good condition.
