These glass eyes have a beautiful, translucent smoky brown iris, giving them a refined and tasteful appearance. The backs are not cut off, but are neatly shaped into a bar for easy adjustment of the eye angle. I have only held them up to my dolls a few times and have not actually used them for an extended period. While there are no noticeable scratches, chips, or foreign objects, please understand that these are used items that have been handled by a person.
