This is a classic soy sauce dispenser from Hakusan Toki, first released in 1958. It has been produced for over 60 years without changing its design or manufacturing process. It has a beautiful, minimalist design. I purchased and used this when I lived alone, but it has been stored at home for about 8 years since then.
