Handmade item Sword and mallet set. This is an unused sword and mallet set used to remove the hilt (tsuka) of a Japanese sword, specifically the part you hold. See photo 5 for an example of use. Using a separate mekugi-nuki (peg remover), you would use the mallet and the wooden block to tap and remove the peg as shown in the photo. Shipping will be via Yu-Packet Post using recycled paper.
