This is a Ray-Ban Clinton, the same model and color worn by Hiroshi Tachi in the movie "Abunai Deka Returns." There are no noticeable scratches, but it doesn't have a case. It's a discontinued item, so I think it's a rare pair of sunglasses that's hard to find.
