This is a cardboard backing for Meiji Chocolate Chibi Cars from the Showa 50s (1975-1984). We used to connect them and play with them. The back side has a new Chibi Car illustrated guide. Some of the older ones have holes, cuts, and writing on them. Overall, there is dirt and discoloration. A cardboard backing for Lotte Tetsudo Chocolate is included as a bonus (Image 2).
