Function: The mixing drum can be rotated, and it's built sturdy, making it suitable for playing in sandboxes, etc. Purchased new from Bornelund. Played with it once, and then we moved to a place without a sandbox. The child has grown up. There is some age-related deterioration. It has the spiel gut mark, a German seal of toy safety.
