This is a long bag for a medium-neck shamisen or a thin-neck shamisen. It was made from fabric unpicked from an unused silk crepe de chine kimono. There are no stains and it is in beautiful condition. There are faint traces of the folds from when it was a kimono, but you probably won't notice them unless you look closely. The color is more subdued than in the images. As shown in image 6, the parts that look plain have an overall arabesque pattern. The lining is a soft satin fabric made of a polyester and rayon blend, in a light beige color. This is a handmade item created by an amateur as a hobby, so thank you for your understanding.
