Thank you for viewing. This is a left upper jaw tooth of a great white shark (Carcharodon carcharias). The longest part measures 39.1mm, and it is a functional tooth from the side. The crown is white and smooth, with the mesial edge slightly longer than the distal edge. The serrations are clean and sharp, and you can feel their sharpness just by gently touching them. The sharpness and cutting ability are like a cutter knife, but you won't cut yourself unless you apply pushing or pulling force. The root is robust, clearly indicating it's a functional tooth. At first glance, it appears to be a beautiful, complete tooth, but unfortunately, a chip was found in the serrations at the lower center of the mesial cutting edge. Therefore, I have decided to offer it for less than half the price I originally intended. A tooth this good at this price is a rare find.
