I believe it's generally clean because it's been polished. The chrome plating on the front side is in good condition. Upon close inspection, there are only a few faint, small stone chips on the front. On the rear side, there is some slight dullness and fading on the top surface. There is also some slight dullness in the corners, although it's not very noticeable. Please understand that this is a used item, so there may be some minor dirt on the underside.
