This is a 90cm size girl's hakama romper, designed to look like a kimono with a floral pattern and navy hakama. My daughter wore it for New Year's and the Doll Festival (Hina Matsuri) from about 8 months to almost 2 years old! The contrast of dark pink and navy is gorgeous and looked great in photos(^^) Worn a few times, each time carefully worn, washed, and stored, so it's relatively clean.
