The Rosy Rosa multi-use brush for liquid foundation has a unique smell from the time of purchase, possibly due to the type of bristles. I have used this brush, cleaned it with brush cleaner, and stored it, but the smell from when I bought it remains, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. This smell was present from the time of purchase and persists even after cleaning, and there are no issues with the quality, but I have described it to prevent any problems.
