This is a HOHNER harmonica, the "Little Lady." It's said to be the smallest harmonica in the world, and there's an anecdote that an American astronaut played it on a spacecraft in 1965. I purchased it about 30 to 40 years ago. I rarely used it and had it stored away. Due to long-term storage, the metal parts have some tarnish. There are no dents visible to the eye.
