This is a B♭ clarinet by Zeff. While there is some slight clouding on the metal parts, there are almost no major scratches or stains. I've only used it a few times, so I don't think there's been much deterioration! ⚠️Mouthpiece, ligature, reeds, etc. are not included. ⚠️I don't have any knowledge of clarinets, so the condition and quality are unknown.
