CHEMBUR These boots are size 37.5, which should fit someone around 24.5cm. Brand new, unused, only tried on indoors. These are knee-high boots. They were stored in a box, so the tops of the boots overlap, and there are some slight wrinkles (see the last image). I don't think it will be noticeable when worn, but please be aware of this before purchasing. Platform is 1cm in the front and 10cm heel in the back.
