(lol) It appears to be a plushie of Gelatoni, a popular character from Duffy & Friends at DisneySea. I tidied it up a bit. It's a cat plushie keyholder wearing striped overalls, about 15cm in size, making it convenient to carry around. I attached the strap hardware when I sewed the string back on. Please cut it off if you don't need it (photo 8).
