This is a CCS25SS momoko doll that I pre-ordered and purchased from a doll shop last year. Only the doll itself is for sale. It will be shipped in its original box. From the time of purchase, the joint in the chest has been loose. I don't see any other issues, but since this is a used item that has been played with by an adult, including changing its clothes, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
