This Cartier bag has a charming vintage look. I purchased it about 5 years ago for around 29,000 yen after searching department stores, vintage shops, and online, and I used it once for going out. The size of the main body is such that it perfectly covers a woman's entire buttocks (pelvis). When the shoulder strap is at its longest, the top of the bag sits just above the pelvis, and the bottom is at the border between the buttocks and thighs. When it's at its shortest, the top is around the waist, and the bottom is at the fullest part of the buttocks. Condition: There is some damage around the base of the shoulder strap (leather dryness and cracking due to twisting during storage). There are some minor scratches as it is a leather item made decades ago, but I think it is in very good condition for a vintage Cartier piece. Apart from the damage around the base of the shoulder strap, there are no cracks, splits, or mold, and there isn't even a dry, crispy feel. If the shoulder strap base is shortened with repairs, it will be in such good condition that you wouldn't even know it was used, even though it's a vintage item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a condition like a brand new item purchased in a store, and only those who understand vintage items should consider buying.
