This is a GAP dress. The fabric is corduroy. I've only tried it on at home. The cuffs have elastic. It's designed to be put on and taken off by fastening and unfastening the button at the back. There is no elastic around the neckline. The fabric has no stretch. *I have washed it at home and stored it folded. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about wrinkles or odors. *I will fold it up small for shipping.
