Hamelin's Violinist Super Famicom Game A side-scrolling action game depicting the exploits of Hamel, a hero with great skill but who is also cowardly, selfish, and greedy. The original work is a manga series serialized in Enix's "Gangan" magazine. The harsh depictions, such as throwing the accompanying girl, Flute, as a weapon, using her as a stepping stone, and making her wear strange costumes, are almost exactly as in the original work.
