I purchased these prescription glasses at Glass Factory, a famous eyeglasses store in Osaka. The brand is otti classico. The lenses are not included, only the frames. I wore them for about two years, so the frames may be slightly warped. There are signs of use and scratches. As shown in photo 19, the glue on the inside of the glasses case is peeling off.
