I purchased this item at the end of the year before last and only used it once for a short fishing trip to try it out. I am selling it because I only use products from other manufacturers. There are almost no scratches or stains. This is a suspenderless type that can be changed between chest-high and waist-high. I will include the original carrying bag and ship it in the original box. I have already lowered the price, so I will keep this price until the season starts.
