This is a new, unused item. The condition of the bag isn't perfect, but it's in good condition considering it's over 15 years old. This type of "oshi-towel" (supporting towel) from this era is extremely rare, and it's a scarce piece of Mayu Watanabe merchandise. I'm not considering lowering the price.
