I have confirmed that the CD player works with batteries, but it is an old item as it was purchased over 25 years ago. The items to be shipped are as shown in the photos. There is no AC adapter. Batteries are not included. Please understand that this is a used item, and refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a product in new condition. Shipping is scheduled for weekdays.
