A set of two Surly Junk Straps, one strap that came with the tires, and a badge. All three straps are unused, but the tips of the Junk Straps were slightly dirty from the time of purchase. The badge was attached to a frame bag for a while, so there is some rust and dirt on the back. The Junk Straps are currently sold out at Blue Lug, and the price is set low, so I think it's a great deal.
