This is a set featuring Crayon Shin-chan's Shiro: a hat with flapping ears and a mini bag. Both items are amusement prizes. They were taken outside for about 2 hours and have been stored in a closet since then. The adorable hat lets you transform into Shiro, with ears that flap by pumping the left and right sides separately. I believe they are in good condition, but please understand that these are used items. I think it would be cute to wear them at events and become Shiro! Shipping is planned in A4 size.
