This is the blue version of the Pokémon Stamp Stock Book. No stamps have been applied. Attached to the November 1997 issue of Shogaku Yonensei (Fourth Grade Elementary School Magazine). The condition includes tears, wrinkles, folds, and white spots. There is staining on the pages, as shown in the 13th photo.
