Adidas Tobacco, made in France. I purchased these from a used clothing store about 20 years ago and wore them for several years before storing them. There is significant damage, such as tearing and hardening. The insoles are also missing. The size is probably 28.5, but the marking is gone. The outsole is approximately 30 cm.
