This is a page for a set of 【10 notebooks】. These are communication notebooks for use in day services and outpatient care facilities. They may have slight imperfections, such as minor bending or chipped staples... but they are fully functional and usable. A5 size (150mm x 210mm), with 32 pages per notebook, lasting approximately one month. Notebooks for small-scale multifunctional homes are available on a separate page. Please use these as a communication tool between home and care facilities. We also have items that are not damaged! We accept orders for 10 or more notebooks, with each notebook costing 100 yen.
