There are some areas on the metal parts of the cage where the metal has come into contact with itself or been chewed, causing the paint to peel and rust. Please check the photos. There may be other areas I have missed, but please understand. All four casters move. They can also be locked. While there is some wear and tear, I think it can still be used. When shipping, I will pack it compactly. Please purchase with the understanding that this is a used item.
