I received this as a gift last year, and used it for one season (when my child was 3 years old). The size still seems to fit this year, but since my child has outgrown Paw Patrol, I'm giving it to a child who loves Skye. The size is probably 46, but I think it could fit children around 3 to 4 and a half years old. It's stretchy. *I removed one of the stars from the muffler, but I sewed it back on myself.
