The face cover and parts seamlessly connect with the shell, creating a unified shape. Through repeated verification in our large-scale wind tunnel testing facility, we pursued a shape that effectively improves the airtightness, which is particularly important for system helmets with movable face covers. By covering the surface adjacent to the face cover with side covers when the face cover is fully closed, the gap with the face cover is minimized, reducing the intrusion of wind and rain.
