Thank you for viewing. This is a mizusashi (water container) from Zuiho Kiln. Although this item is a tea ceremony utensil, I found it while looking for a container to store umeboshi (pickled plums) and koji seasonings. The inside is coated with glaze, so I think it's easy to use as a storage container. I decided to sell it because the amount of umeboshi I pickle has increased, and the capacity is no longer sufficient. I purchased it as a new item. I only washed it with water once after purchasing it, and have stored it in a cupboard away from direct sunlight.
