This is the Level Pilot, a masterpiece of a balanced passive preamp from tc electronic. It allows you to build a simple and beautiful system with balanced input/output environments such as active monitors. The unit has no noticeable scratches, the knob operates smoothly, and the texture is good. During operation checks, there was a slight crackling sound. It disappeared with use and there are no issues currently, but the buyer may want to perform maintenance in the future. I will pack it carefully and ship it.
