This is a jig for processing Pera tires (thin tires) for Mini 4WD cars. Made of aluminum, it allows for more precise tire processing compared to acrylic versions. The numerical engravings are laser-etched, making them durable and giving a high-quality feel. ━━━━━━Product Contents━━━━━━ ・Plates (aluminum, 3mm thick) x 2 ・25mm spacers (PA66) x 4 ・M3 x 10 screws x 8 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Attach to a wheel with a through-hole, along with 620 bearings, at the desired tire diameter. (Using Tamiya aluminum stoppers from both ends of the shaft to lightly sandwich the bearings provides more stable processing.) Hold the shaft with your hand-held rotary tool (dremel), and apply a file from above while rotating to create Pera tires with minimal variation. It has 10 steps in 0.5mm increments, from 23.0mm to 27.5mm in diameter. Made of aluminum and can be disassembled, allowing for cleaning even if it gets dirty. ※Notes※ This is amateur-made, so there may be dirt or minor scratches from the processing.
