【Description】 This is a tea scoop (chashaku) made by the 14th generation Omotesenke school head, Nimyosai. It comes with a matching box and tube. The inscription reads "Hatsu-zakura" (First Cherry Blossoms). It was roughly carved by Kuroda Seigen, a bamboo craftsman of the Senke Jisshoku (Ten Craftsmen of the Senke).
