Barbell Holder for Power Rack This is M20. (For MBC and racks of the same standard) A set of barbell holders and two flat resin washers each. M20x160mm bolts and nuts are not included with this product, so please prepare them. ○ How to Use This is a holder for storing barbells, to be installed on the upper part of the rack. With J-cups, the bar will be positioned below the insertion hole, making it close to your head. This product positions the bar about 1cm above the hole, thus providing more space inside the rack. ※ Notes ・ Unlike J-cups, you cannot place a bar with plates attached or do pull-ups. ・ Due to the nature of 3D printing, layer lines and surface roughness may occur. ・ Made to order, so it will take one week to ship after the order is placed.
