I haven't used these since I wore them for my graduation ceremony in 2023. I usually wear a 24cm or 24.5cm shoe size, but these boots feel perfectly comfortable. A friend who wears 25.5cm tried them on and they fit. The heel isn't too high, so I think even elementary school students could wear them. Of course, I think adults can wear them too, design-wise. I don't know the brand.
