I use 12-pocket for old Bikkuriman cards (double-sleeved) and Bikkuriman 2000 (single-sleeved) to standardize the refill size. I think the 12-pocket is suitable for old Bikkuriman cards because the arrangement looks good. There are various types of refills, and some seals fall out easily when turned upside down, or are thin and flimsy, so I recommend the YSV-BDH81 refill.
