Paper jam (feeding) error is occurring, and I cannot print. Purchased in 2022. Only the instruction manual and power cord are included. I couldn't find the setup CD-ROM, so please use Canon's website when using the printer. There are small scratches on the surface, but there are no noticeable scratches on the platen. Please check the photos. It is in transport mode. Please follow the instructions on the printer operation screen to release it. After taking waterproof measures, I will ship it using the box of the Canon G3390 printer.
