This is the costume used in the Shibuya Incident arc for Nobara Kugisaki. It's a very well-made costume from Fairy. I purchased it from someone else. The top was too long, so I folded it inside and secured it with adhesive. Also, the button part at the neck was missing when I received it, but it was fine if I wore a shirt underneath. The adhesive marks are noticeable, but it wasn't a problem since the buttons were fastened. The inside of the belt was too big for my waist, so I folded it inward and glued it, and secured it with tape and Velcro. The skirt has beautiful pleats, but there is some fake blood on it.
