Audio (Log) Taper Volume Pot: The early OCDs had an audio taper volume pot, which allows you to change the point at which the volume comes on during the sweep of the volume knob. The CS-OCD-Ge is slightly louder than the regular OCD, so an audio taper was adopted. By adopting an audio taper, fine adjustments can be made in the lower third of the pot's rotation.
