This is a modified Captains of Crush (CoC) No. 3 gripper, with the handles removed and adjusted to allow for load adjustment. The hardness changes by adjusting the position of the handles. As shown in the photos, the handles can be removed. When the handles are fixed at the top, the gripper has its original hardness, but the load decreases by moving the handles downwards. Attach the handles to your preferred position and tighten the screws with a hex wrench to complete. Although it's not rated, after a set close, it feels a bit harder than a standard No. 3. You can fix the spring with the two screws anywhere, but to make it easy to adjust, I've marked the spring legs at approximately 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, and 20mm from the top (tolerance is +/-1mm). Considering RGC, the rating of No. 3 drops by about 10lb every 5mm. *As shown in the photo, the 20mm mark on one leg is off by 1mm, but it's not a problem if you set the mark so it's just out of sight. It's been used for processing and about 15 test closes, but it's still a used item. Please judge the condition based on the many photos.
