Condition Unused and beautiful. I checked if it glows by inserting batteries before listing. The center shaft and the tip of the umbrella glow in colorful lights. The lower part of the handle also has a button (to illuminate your feet?), but it doesn't light up. When not lit, it's a transparent (whitish) rod. It can be used even without lighting up.
